The Little BIG Band Trio (saxophone, double bass and piano) is perfectly suited to providing background music during a meal or drinks reception, or any event where you want to create a stylish and relaxed atmosphere.

Their repertoire comprises jazz ʻstandardsʼ by such composers as Cole Porter, Rodgers & Hart, Irving Berlin, Duke Ellington, and Jerome Kern, and upbeat jazz fusion numbers by artists such as Miles Davis, Horace Silver, Herbie Hancock, Wayne Shorter and Stanley Turrentine.

The trio usually perform 2 x 45 or 2 x 60 minute sets but playing times can be tailored to suit your event.

There is also an option of adding vocals to the trio at no extra cost.

The Little BIG Band Trio are available for hire as a stand-alone group or they can offer a discounted rate when booked in conjunction with the 5-piece Little BIG Band.
